About
Our lab focuses on several key research directions. Firstly, we are dedicated to the identification of cell subtypes within the auditory system. By employing advanced techniques and in-depth investigations, we strive to distinguish and classify the diverse cell subtypes that play crucial roles in auditory functions. Secondly, our efforts extend to identifying the core regulatory genes and signaling networks during the development and maturation processes of these different cell subtypes. Understanding these molecular mechanisms is fundamental to unlocking the secrets of auditory development and related disorders. Last but not least, we aim to establish mouse disease models for human hearing impairment and regeneration.
